Episode 21: Girl Gone Wild…

Hi. So..I’m back.

It’s been a very eventful few months away and needless to say..I needed to build myself up again so I can do only what God has called me to do. Accepting Grace truly means accepting correction. It’s easy to forget no matter how far into your Christian journey you are..you will never be enough WITHOUT Jesus.

Knowing you need more of Jesus (reading, praying praising) and knowing where there is a void and being lead back into his rest is a constant struggle in life but a necessary one. It taught me to keep reminding myself through it all, I may not know, I may not even have to know it all but my Father in Heaven knows and has the victory sorted. (I’m learning that I have the position in Jesus but its just as important to experience trials from the position of Christ’s victory)

God called me to always invite him into every situation. Especially the toughest ones Any hurt. Any pain. Any rejection. Any trauma. Anything not of him or what He has called me to be.

I needed to get filled up again..life has a way of eating out of you..yikes.

Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

(Matthew 11:28-29)

It’s crazy that Jesus gives us this open ended invite. A 365 day a year, all inclusive package to REST and yet we go shouting to everyone but him that we need help and peace of mind. let’s keep this scripture close to heart. He’s always ready to carry our burdens. I’m personally not even ready to carry my groceries from the car into my house talk-less of burdens so i’m learning to give it back to my trusted helper- Jesus.

To be in the wild(erness). You have to accept the phase. Understanding that every Christian has it and just like spring through winter, there’s a season for everything (To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven Ephesians 3:1-2).

What I learnt in my season of wilderness is that God doesn’t leave you, His thunderous voice merely becomes a whisper (Therefore I am now going to allure her; I will lead her into the wilderness and speak tenderly to her Hosea 2:14).

When someone whispers we lean in to hear them more clearly. He’s not turned our back on us. He just wants you closer. He whispers so you can lean in.

Get closer by reading your bible, praying even harder than you did in his full presence and faithing it till you make it (Fight the good fight for the true faith. Hold tightly to the eternal life to which God has called you, which you have declared so well before many witnesses 1 Timothy 6:12).

Needless to say I’m back bihhhhh. I never expected it. I fee BLESSED, I fee FULFILLED FC. whatever season you’re in..keep pushing through. Lean in and hear the beautiful tenderness of His warm and welcoming voice…

Girl gone wild but girl gon’ grow ❤️

Love always,

Belloz
